Deep research underpins all great copy. This means that before I put pen to paper (or finger to keyboard) I undertake extensive research to gain a greater understanding of you, your business operations and product/service offering; as well as your customers, your competitors and your objectives.

Usually this entails some or all of the follow:

-Face-to-face meetings and site visits, or online via Zoom

-Interviews with relevant stakeholders, where applicable

-Online and library research to gain market awareness and benchmark competitor activity
